The Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading support and research charity for people with all forms of dementia, their families and carers.
The Black Country office covers Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Sandwell.
The charity provides information and support to people with any form of dementia and their carers through various publications, the Dementia Connect Support Line, their website, and through over 2,000 local services.
The Alzheimer’s Society has Dementia Navigators. These Navigators are able to offer advice to people caring for someone with dementia.
The charity also runs a monthly Dementia Cafe at Bantock House. To access the service, you can refer yourself, or you can be referred by a health professional, as it is not a drop-in service, and places must be booked.

The Alzheimer’s Society also have virtual services. This includes a Virtual Dementia Cafe on zoom, where you can meet new people and get support from others in a similar situation. There are also online groups that you can access.
