The MediZen Weekender

You will enjoy a variety of wellness and mindfulness practices designed to help you live a more peaceful and wholesome life. There will be taster sessions of meditations, yoga, Cacao ceremonies, holistic therapies and more activities still to be confirmed for you to participate in if you wish.

We will have live performances from singers, poets and dancers too!!! Plus an creativity Corner for children and adults.

Of course there will be lots of stalls selling and promoting their products and services so come prepared to invest in their small businesses!!
