David Millard provides treatment at the Wolverhampton Acupuncture Clinic, and he has been in practice since 1991 and was the first Traditional Acupuncturist to be established in Wolverhampton. He is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, which is the UK’s largest professional/self-regulatory body for the practice of Traditional Acupuncture, and has around 3,000 qualified acupuncturists.
What can Traditional Acupuncture help with?
Traditional Acupuncture may help with a specific symptom or condition, or can help maintain good health, as a preventive measure, or simply to improve their general sense of wellbeing.
Because Traditional Acupuncture aims to treat the whole person rather than specific symptoms in isolation, it can be effective for a wide range of conditions.
During the initial session with David, you will be asked a few questions, which will include questions about medical history, family life, general likes and dislikes, current aches and pains etc. You pulse will then be taken, and then treatment will follow
Each treatment session takes around one hour; however, the first session will take longer – and may last around one and a half hours, which will include diagnosis and treatment.
