Part I
One hour of easy asanas (poses) with Rose, aka Black Yogini, who brings fun to the exercise as seen on BBC television. Suitable for all levels, emphasizing mindfulness and mind-body integration.
Part II
Yvonne Daley, (MBSCH) Holistic Practitioner, employs breathing techniques, and guided meditation to discover insights, and create positive change.

What to bring with you
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle. Feel free to bring a blanket, eye mask, and cushion for added comfort. Yoga mats are available for use if needed.
Doors open at 4:15 pm; no entry after 4:30 pm to avoid disruption.
