Sound Bath in the Mongolian Yurt

About Event
Join us at Little Earth, Holistic Health & Retreat centre for an intimate (12 people only) evening of Sound Bath with the finest Himalayan bowls and gongs. We will be holding the event in our magical Mongolian Yurt.
Comfortable matresses, pillows and throws will be provided, so you can sink in and relax deeper.
Teas will be provided after your experience.
Bring whatever makes you comfortable, i.e. eye mask, warm socks, water bottle, extra blanket.
Flow of the evening:
19:15 – Arrival
19:30 – Opening: Sound Journey
20:30 – Closing: Tea & Integration
21:00 – Departure
About Facilitator
Michael has been a musician for many years and after receiving his first soundbath he knew this would be his future. Michael is fully trained and studied under Aidan McIntyre at Hawkwood College. He uses the finest handcrafted gongs and vintage Himalayan bowls. The gong allows self healing and a state of deep relaxation.
