September Yoga and Sound Therapy

Peter’s morning session will be based around the principles that underpin his approach to yoga., working on the basis of keeping us fit enough, strong enough and flexible enough to cope with day to day life, but doing that in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Christine’s sound therapy session will complement this and involves using a Nepalese singing gong, singing bowls and crystal bowls. It will provide you with an opportunity to thoroughly relax and immerse yourself in soothing, restorative sound.
