Exclusively designed for peri/menopausal ladies who want to shake off their symptoms and unlock their true potential, this day retreat offers a unique experience of self-care and learning that will lead to transformative changes.
From the minute you step into our beautiful venue in Shropshire, your shoulders will drop, and your tension will melt away as you let go of your cares and responsibilities. You will leave feeling like you’ve spent a whole weekend away!
Through gentle yoga, soothing meditation, breathing practices, journaling, and an immersive sound bath experience, you will start to reawaken feelings of vitality and energy.
Together with workshops on vision setting and transformation, you will be able to get clear on your heart’s desires in order to begin turning your possibilities into probabilities for 2024 and beyond.
Add in a sprinkle of camaraderie and connection with ladies who are all on the same path, and this retreat will enable you to connect to your mind and body, calm your senses, stimulate your creativity, make friends, and learn new skills ALL WITHIN ONE DAY.

Come and find stillness in the madness of menopause
Whether it’s on the mat or in our guided meditations and journaling, you will learn how to soothe your symptoms via a range of holistic practices that can all be repeated at home.
We will practice gentle styles of yoga that allow you to experience the beauty of soft flow and soothing restorative sequences. A variety of meditations will leave you feeling calm and grounded, and these will open your mind to the power of journaling in menopause.
If some of these practices are new to you, this is an ideal opportunity to become acquainted. Each menopause yoga class is suitable for all levels including complete beginners, plus adaptations and modifications will be offered.
Your Wellness Retreat Itinerary
Don’t be fooled by our limited time together, for we have a fantastic schedule planned to show you all that’s possible within ONE day.
Arrive at 9.15am and depart by 4.45 pm
Morning:
9.30am – Opening Circle & Intentions
10.00am – Gentle yoga session followed by calming breathwork & journaling
11.00am – Tea, coffee & refreshments
11.15am – Workshop: Vision & Goal Setting with activities
Noon – Manifestation Meditation with a sound bath
12.30pm – Two-course vegetarian buffet lunch, all freshly prepared (Vegan options are available at the time of booking)
Afternoon:
1.30pm – Workshop: Creating Habits that LAST! with activities
2.15pm – Tea, coffee & refreshments
2.30pm – Next Steps & journaling
3.00pm – Relaxing restorative yoga session followed by balancing breathwork & journaling
3.45pm – Closing Circle & Reflections
