Come and be led through a soothing and nurturing immersive guided meditation by Dee
Immersive guided meditation is the practice of being gently lead through a process of progressive relaxation to reach a point where you are completely at ease.
Clearing your mind is not the objective, instead you are led to a place where you can think clearly.
Each meditation is unique, with each session having its own bespoke script and carefully curated music crafted to deliberately guide you to a point of stillness, where you feel calm and safe and no longer bombarded with the ‘noise’ of life.
You will relax in comfort supported by a comfortable air bed and cocooned in fluffy blankets.
Then you will follow Dee’s voice as she takes you on a journey using guided imagery to spark your imagination, and gentle inquiry to connect you to your inner wisdom.
