Forest bathing, mindfulness and wellbeing walks in Worcester Woods Country Park, aiming to connect you with nature and rewild your senses.
A forest bathing session will help you unplug from technology and slow down, bringing you into the here and now through practicing mindfulness, de-stressing and relaxing you. As soon as you open your senses, you begin to connect to the natural world.
Join qualified nature therapy guide, Joss, for forest bathing sessions set in Worcester Woods Country Park.
Joss will guide you through a series of invitations that will aim to relax you and deepen your connection and love of nature. No prior experience or nature knowledge needed and don’t worry, you’re only bathing in the atmosphere of the forest… no water involved!
