Join us for Family Wellness Day, bought to you by Mom’s Mindful Hub and Real Mama Tribe. Located at the tranquil Hawbush Gardens, we will be hosting a relaxing, nature based session for children and adults alike.
Our session has been structured to be ultimate chilled family day-out, including a mixture of open-ended, child-led: crafting, planting, imagination and relaxation. Plus, some group activities including a music circle and a sound bathing session.
