Escape the chaos of life with an evening of mindfulness in Cannock Chase
Unwind and de-stress with an active mix of mindfulness, gentle mindful yoga, meditation and a mindful light picnic in the woodlands .
This activity is for anyone wanting to practice mindfulness in an active and unique way.
Mindful walking is the best of both worlds, an easy-to-do exercise, that’s low on impact yet high on cardiovascular benefits, and a meditative practice—helping you reduce stress, become more focused and productive, feel better, and improve your overall well-being.
We shall mindfully walk, do a mindful yoga, have some mindful eating and put into practice many fun mindful outdoor activities
