The Occupational Therapy team is available to assess the needs of people living in Wolverhampton.
An assessment can be completed at our clinic based at the Neville Garratt Centre for Independent Living or, if a person is unable to travel to access the service, a member of the team can visit at home. Further assistance can be considered, depending on the situation identified. This may involve referral on to other services. Various aids and adaptations can be provided based on the outcome of an assessment. These can include but are not limited to; grab rails, walking aids, toilet frames and stair rails.
