The Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s vision is to improve health and well-being for people of all ages across the Black Country.

- Support to people over the age of 18, who are experiencing mental health difficulties. Services are provided within hospitals, community facilities, people’s own homes, across Sandwell and Wolverhampton
- CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) services across Sandwell and Wolverhampton
- Community healthcare services for children, young people and their families in Dudley
- In-patient, community based services for people with Learning Disabilities
The Trust host a number of services from Mental Health advice; support for Children and Young People and Families; comprehensive Learning Disability services; advice for Carers and Patients and Therapy services.
