Wellness Hub – Over 55s Social Meet Up & Dance

Every Friday at Harmony House, 101 Herbert Road, Small Heath, B10 0QS @ 3.45 – 4.45
Feel good, express yourself and get moving with chair based Dance, Yoga and Movement for all! Get moved by the sounds of Reggae, Jazz and calming beats. Whether you have danced before or not, come along and give it a go!
Tea, water and snacks provided.
Please wear something comfortable that you can move around in.

As a leading Dance Health provider in Birmingham and West Midlands. We believe that everybody should have the right to be in tune with their mind, body and spirit and through dance we celebrate self expression and unleash the inner self. We welcome you to join a supportive and fun community.
A recommended minimum donation of: £2.50 per person.
We welcome self registrations onto the sessions as well as referrals from Health professionals. Please contact projectmanager@keneishdance.com to complete a health questionnaire before attending the session.
