Mindful Explorers-Nature Play

Join us at Mindful Explorers, a nature-based playgroup located at the tranquil Hawbush Gardens. Our activities are child-led and open-ended, allowing for a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We welcome children aged 0-7 years old, as well as their older siblings, to participate in outdoor activities. It is recommended that you dress appropriately for the weather and wear clothing that can get messy.

Our group is facilitated by Moms Mindful Hub, a not-for-profit community organization that provides peer support for local moms and their families. We offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can have honest and open conversations about motherhood and create mindful memories with your children. Our Early Years Educator and mental health first aider facilitate the group and aim to provide emotional support for local parents.

Come and connect with other parents and their children in nature while having the opportunity to have conversations about mental health and well-being. Please note that we do not offer medical advice, but we can share experiences, self-care coping strategies, and signpost you to other services.
