Laughter Yoga – an aerobic exercise to bring you joy and friendship
In Laughter Yoga we laugh from the heart without needing humour, jokes or comedy through playful exercises and hand claps combined with deep breathing techniques known from yoga.
We laugh deeply, from the belly and share eye contact to enhance the connectivity between participants.
Laughter Yoga can lift your mood, reduce anxxiety, boost the immune system, improve creativity and encourage ` a sense of positivity and resilience
This session will have a festive theme so Christmas jumpers and tinsel would be ideal.😍
