DESCRIPTION:Exciting news everyone!!!! The MediZen WEEKENDER is back!!!! We will be hosted by the AMAZING Tribe Cafe in Wolverhampton UK.\n\n\nYou will enjoy a variety of wellness and mindfulness practices designed to help you live a more peaceful and wholesome life. There will be taster sessions of meditations\, yoga\, Cacao ceremonies\, holistic therapies and more activities still to be confirmed for you to participate in if you wish.  \nWe will have live performances from singers\, poets and dancers too!!! Plus an creativity Corner for children and adults.  \n \nOf course there will be lots of stalls selling and promoting their products and services so come prepared to invest in their small businesses!!  \n \nThis is a FREE EVENT but any donations would really help so if you can send a donation this will be highly appreciated.
