DESCRIPTION:A one day retreat to nourish the mind\, body\, and spirit\, and reconnect with our sense of purpose and well-being.\n\n\nA one day retreat can be a wonderful opportunity to take a break from the daily grind and focus on self-care and personal growth.  \nThe Retreat will help you: \nRelease tension and stress \nImprove mental clarity and focus \nIncrease emotional well-being \nLet go of old patterns and negative emotions \nWelcome in new beginnings and opportunities \nIncrease self-awareness and self-acceptance \nEnhance physical and mental vitality \nConnect to nature and the natural rhythms of the earth \nExperience a sense of peace and inner balance \n \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nWe’ll start our beautiful tranformative day at 10am\, with an introduction to the day and answer any questions you may have. After creating our intentions for the day we’ll begin our cacao ceremony followed by yoga\, breathwork and meditation. After a freshly prepared lunch\, we’ll explore the benefits of heat and cold with a sauna and a cold plunge. \nSCHEDULE FOR THE DAY: \n9:30-10:00am: Welcome and introduction to the retreat \n10:00-11:00am: Cacao ceremony \n11:00-1:00pm: Meditation\, Yoga and Breathwork session \n1:00pm- 2.00pm: Lunch break \n2:00- 4:00pm: Sauna and Ice bath session \n4:00-5:00pm: Closing circle and integration time \n \nWe will finish the ceremony with a closing circle where you have the opportunity to reflect and even share your experience with others. \nSpaces Are Limited. \n \nWhat Do You Need To Bring? \n Here are some things you should bring and how you can prepare for the one day retreat: \nBring comfortable clothing: Wear loose-fitting\, comfortable clothes that will allow for ease of movement during breathwork\, yoga and meditation. \nBring swim-wear and a towel : Allthough the cold plunge is optional\, we do recomennd bringing swim wear so you can enjoy the sauna. \nBring a water bottle: It’s important to stay hydrated throughout the day\, so bring a refillable water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. \n \nHow Should You Prepare? \nPrepare to be open-minded: This retreat is designed to challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and explore new ways of thinking and being. Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn and grow. \nPrepare to let go: In order to fully embrace the transformative experience of the retreat\, it’s important to let go of any expectations\, judgments\, or preconceptions you may have.
