SUMMARY:Walk & Laughter Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Combine a short gentle walk i King George V Park\, Kingswinford with stops for Laughter Yoga exercises\n\n\nThis activity will incorporate a gentle walk around the park (also known as Blandford Mere as it is near the school).  We shall walk around the lake and take the path near the school and return by the church. \nLaughter Yoga is an aerobic exercise where we role-play everyday activities with child-like playfulness that results in unconditional laughter.  In between the exerciss\, we do energising hand clapping and uplifting chants and this is combined with deep breathing techniques\, known from yoga.
