During this journey\, he has explored various healing modalities and has undergone transformational experiences that have led him to his current path of guiding others on their journey of self-exploration and personal growth. \n \nRandeep’s teachings come from a unique blend of Soma\, Wim Hof\, and Shamanic breathwork\, offering a holistic approach to breathwork that addresses both the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice. We are on our 3rd year of lessons (since November 2020). \nImprove your health 30 minutes every Sunday  \n  8am PST (Los Angeles CA) \n11 am EST (Boston\, MA) \n 4 pm GMT  \n \nMovement is the key to maintaining mental and physical health.  \nThis series does seasonal training to help  you develop a wide range of skills which will enhance both your health and your practice. We practices basic Tai Chi / Qigong skills as posting\, walking\, breathing\, stretching\, energy work\, bone tapping and hand movements.   \nEven outwardly simple movement when practiced correctly promote organ health\, lower body strength and mental focus. \nEnjoy learning at home through our online lessons. \n\n\n\nUpon registration\, you will receive a link to sign and agree to the following  consent form. He is a Certified Medical Qigong and Tai Chi Instructor with Human Harmonies® and a 3rd degree Head Instructor with Body Mind Systems. He began studying Kung-Fu and Bagua when he was 40 years old and has continued practicing for over thirty years. Martial Arts training has been instrumental in his life\, helping him maintain a healthy resilient body and a calmer mind. In the last 8 years Kurt has been studying Qigong and Tai Chi\, changing the rhythm of his practice to match that of his life.
